AWS or Azure — how should we choose?
AWS wins on breadth of services and global footprint. Azure wins when you're heavily Microsoft-stack (Active Directory, .NET, SQL Server) or need Microsoft enterprise agreements. We work extensively with both and will give you an honest recommendation.
We're on Kubernetes but it's painful. Can you help?
Yes — Kubernetes that wasn't set up carefully accumulates a lot of operational pain. We do K8s audits, rationalize cluster configurations, implement proper GitOps, and train your team on operational best practices.
Can you embed with our team or work autonomously?
Both. Some engagements are fully autonomous (we own the cloud layer); others are advisory or co-delivery where we work alongside your engineering team. We adapt to what's most useful.
